Could I Smoke CBD Pre-Rolls In Public?

Thanks to the 2018 US Farm Bill, many states across the US now have pretty chill CBD laws. However, that doesn’t mean you could pop a squat in your local park and light one of our hemp pre-rolls. Even in states that allow recreational weed, there are strong laws against smoking in public.

We know: CBD hemp is not the same as marijuana. Unfortunately, police officers can’t tell the difference between these two substances. Since hemp and marijuana are both technically cannabis, they look and smell remarkably similar. So, if you’re caught indulging in a CBD pre-roll outdoors, you could face a fine or jail time.

For your safety, please double-check your municipality’s rules regarding hemp smoking. Also, if you’re allowed to smoke CBD hemp flowers, be sure to reserve our juicy joints for indoor use. 

Will CBD Pre-Rolls Interfere With A Drug Test?
